Well you'd understand if you could see the geography. It's largly part of the great Canadian shield still and thus is heavily forest tundra and rock up there.



There's only one highway to Thompson because of it and Churchill only has roads during the summer.

Polar bears rarely come down to Thompson I've never seen one outside of the zoos lol ^^

Where I live we have moose, caribou, black bear, wolves, elk, deer, beavers, etc. Oh and this is all so the area the Bison would have roamed, but they're all farmed / in the Provincial parks now.

The pups well sell about 500 to 1500 ^^ depending . Some really expensive. like black diamond goes for 3000+ as pups
