@White: That the movie got more credit than it deserves. Pretty much people were treating it like the best thing since sliced bread and it wasn't that good. Good yes, but not that good.
I don't see any problem with posting more. I don't think we've declared this over have we?
Requiem for a Dream was seriously such an excellent movie... Still gives me chills. :insane:
I guess I'll run off and find another movie song now!
I think one of the creepiest guard shows I ever saw was based off American Beauty and then I saw another based off Silence of the Lambs (now that was a creepy but awesome show)
Wings - I know that Rehman has made music that I consider far, far better, but as I haven't actually watched the movie I have no idea how well it represents poverty and the issues faced by these people, so no comment on that. Unbelievable coincidences, cliffhangers and twist-endings are run-of-the-mill
Helios - Heya :)
Linn - haven't watched this movie yet though I came across it in some other context recently and marked it down on my list :)
I saw a guard do a Psycho/North By Northwest theme. :insane:
Talk about CREEPY. They had flags that had the screaming mouth of the lady from Psycho! :gonk:
and that would be why i don't know it. Do you remember the Hannibal Lecter show from I believe our Freshmen year?? With the masks? and Falls doing American Beauty I believe our Junior year.
I was so going to post Mulan earlier but stopped myself!
Yes you do Kat... hold on let me go look at TCGC schedule and see if there is a competition near Austin cuz I could come visit you and we could go watch guards together. I went to a guard show today. Woods wasn't there though.
