I often apologize when I don't need to. Then I'm not sure why, afterward. It's a bad habit.

I always count it as a failed test. I never apologize without a reason, and I expect that if you are saying you're sorry, you should know what you've done wrong... otherwise it's not very sincere. Or so I feel, anyways.

Oh, I always have a reason, deep down. I sometimes feel like I'm doing something wrong, even when I'm not. Like, at work, I have to do a lot of scanning and so I spend a lot of time (it feels like) at the scanner. Which is also a printer/copier/fax machine. Which means other people have to use it, too. And I end up apologizing and getting out of the way when people need to sneak in, even though I am just doing my job.
In a nutshell, sometimes (often) I feel sorry for existing, I guess.

Well you have a reason. But he knew I was mad at him, and so he said sorry, as to remedy the situation without hassle, and most people would have accepted it,and moved on. But I don't want something to be said just to make me happy, I want to know that the situation or conflict really is solved, as opposed to just forgotten, or pushed aside. It may explain why I have had quite a few bad relationships, but it does set me up for less problems in the future, such as a horrific marriage or an unhappy life with someone.

That's very wise, actually. Making your mistakes now.

It comes from that same sort of... "I don't make promises I don't intend to keep" thing.

But it also makes me so brutally honest that I hurt people sometimes.

Could that be a test, too? The one who doesn't hurt you and isn't hurt by you...

Quite possible. I like to yell sometimes, and I want someone who yells back at me, because I don't want them to resent me, and it actually makes things better, as we don't hate each other, and there is nothing on the back burners, stewing and causing a rift.

Exactly. I hate secrets. I have no problem telling someone everything I am doing, and who I am with. I'd rather him tell me he's off having sex, as opposed to just saying, "nothing".

Heya, Woody! Thanks! I feel like I've had it on forever, but... well, like I said before, two weeks away from Mene feels like twice as long, so... :X
How're you?
Ohh, Kitteh. Someone out there will find you refreshing, I'm sure of it.

I'm okay. Still reading about what amounts to an inconsequential news story as opposed to... well, something more consequential. And thinking about homework I have yet to do, but otherwise, okay! How're you?

This.
Honestly? I think it's fascinating because if you read the comments about this... Everybody pretty much agrees. No teabircher vs. liberal vs. conservative flame wars.
Um, I take it back. YouTube comments have flame wars. But... well, whatever.

Wow. That's just. wow. Yah. I mean, to taunt a dying child and her family? I don't care what beef you have with the people.
It's the internet though, soon as anyone can say something offensive, they will. I'm not surprised that there are some interesting youtube comments.

I know, right? Ugh. Still not sure why it made the news in the first place, but... there ya go.
Anyway... I should probably get going. I really have been getting to bed late these days. And sleep. Sleep is good. Yes.
