I am a fall gal. New England falls are the envy of.... I dunno... a lot of people who really like fall.

I met a couple from Australia when I was in Scotland, and they lived in the Southwest I believe. I feel bad for them, they said there area had been in a drought for like....10 years. She was all excited to be able to take a bath every night rather than a quick shower.

Thanks Mel :D And yah, we've had a lot of wind and rain lately, no so fun here either. And it's threatening to snow too.

-nods- Most of Australia has been in drought for years, I think that it's broken for now but back in the day it never rained. Ever. I remember that when I went to Japan I was so glad to be able to have a really long soak in a huge tub <3

Yeah, totally understand that. Other than the snow. We don't generally have snow here. Down here is one of the places that envies your fall. We have really hot and then not so hot.

I haven't had proper snow in years... It did hail recently though.

Lol, I couldn't deal with hot all the time. Well, I could, if there wasn't any humidity. Blerg.

And you went to Japan Zea??? Oh man. Jealous!


Did I tell you about that time I had to dig my car out of a snow drift (3 ft of snow normally, plus the hill of snow that blew over my car) with my bare hands? My shovel was in my car.... Good lot of good that did me, and I needed to drive home that weekend.

[Woody] It's been pretty humid over here, but as Australia is under a thin bit in the ozone layer you can actually feel the UV rays burning your skin... </3
