lol. it's this really interesting way of cooking a turkey (and maybe a little bit redneck, but hey i live in texas) but you take a turkey and you put it under a barrel and then you surround the barrel with really really hot coals. and in like two hours you have the best turkey ever

yep that's exactly what it is like. it's seriously like my favorite way to have turkey so i'm a little sad my uncle won't be here this year.

I don't like fried turkey. I mean we always have a fried turkey and it's just eh to me. But my family loves it. and most people I know love it.

Frying it can be scary, it's really easy to overflow the oil and that's really bad!
