Uh, what sculpture Kat??? I learned all about this one artist (her name escapes me) and like, a month later they had her stuff at an exhibit at the art museum a few towns away from me. It was really cool.

the sculpture is called Pieta. its german and made around the 14th century I believe. depicts Mary holding Christs dead body.
