And yeah, I don't really get the pre-release thing either to be honest... Though it's nice to be able to say "I'M THE FIRST TO HAVE ONE!" if you're the status-seeking type, I guess? Then there's also the fact that it's sometimes hard to find a seller in the first day or so... :|

But yeah. Currently the pre-releases are going for a pretty hefty amount - there are two pre-release sets - the one they placed out yesterday is going for 4k total, and the one they placed out late last night is going for about 3k total so far.

I guess the pre-releases also help sellers gauge how much to sell their sets for? That way they don't stagnate like they have in the past at the same damn price for years... :|
