what is kimchee?

that doesn't look very yummy, but does sounds familiar. reminds me of the sushi article I was reading last night about the origin of it and the different kinds and all the pretty pictures.

It is yummmm, and kimchee is Korea's like....nation dish! it's served with everything.

it's fermented rice and originally they didn't eat the rice, just the fish out of it 'n stuff. I never knew that.

eeewwww! that looks gross in the first picture! but it sounds pretty yummy.

They are soooo good. And they look cool! All marbled and amazing. I think I will make more tomorrow. My first batch came out really well, now I need to get star anise for it, cause I forgot that last time >.<
