I wrote a poem made up of haiku verses for my latest writing assignment.

Yeah; I'm still adjusting to having to wake up at 7am on weekdays, so my body kind of just goes 'Sod this, I need sleep' on the weekends.

I've been pretty good myself, Year 9 is proving to be a little more taxing than last year, but apart from that everything's spiffing.

Yeah, getting up at 7 kills. And what's worse is the fact that I have to get to school an entire HOUR before it begins, and wait around outside in the cold for around fifteen minutes before any of my friends arrive.
I'm pretty sure 'spiffing' is a word... D:

Because my mother has work early, and no one else can take me; I've gotten used to it over the years, but it's still pretty annoying. 8P
Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure it means 'fantastic', or 'good'. Something along those lines.

'Spiffy' is a brilliant word! So is 'Brobdingnagian'. I tried to use that one in an assignment, but my mother made me use something else...

I use spiffy all the time. it can't be helped. my older brother says it and I picked it up off of him.

It's derived from the land of 'Brobdingnag' in Gulliver's Travels. It's one of my favourite words. 8D
