I love the little shot glasses of key lime pie and they serve at Applebees and Cheddars...

It works great for the types of pie that have a graham cracker crust.

You put the crust in the bottom of the glass, the filling next, and a shot of whipped cream on top.

Voila! A little bitty dessert!
