You fry an egg, and put it with cheese and canadian bacon.
All on an English muffin...

I guess I'm willing to eat canadian bacon. still doesn't sound like anything I'd eat though. I'd really never touch it if you made it with sausage.

Nope. No sausage.
Just Canadian Bacon.

It's the cheese that makes it good...

I like cheese. I am picky though. I don't like it on everything. I don't eat processed cheeses.

me too. I always use the nice sargento swiss cheese. I don't like it melted either. I don't like the consistency between fresh out of the fridge cheese and queso.

Kraft has this Aged Swiss that I like.

The more aged the better!

For some reason, it kept me from wanting to eat more junk.

I don't know. It just worked.
That was years ago though...

I am branching out and trying different types of cheeses.

I'm finding that the sharper the cheese, the better I like it!

There's a sharp white cheddar that my sister inlaw brought from Pike's Market in Seattle. It's really good!

I think I read somewhere that cheddars are orange because they put food coloring in them.

...but I could be wrong...

So if that's right, then a white cheddar would be better for you, right?

There was a dye that they took off the market a few years back because it was carcinogenic.

they'll say just about everything is bad for you or may cause cancer. nothing man made or half the natural foods are actually 100% 'good' for you.
