I know! He's just craaaazy.
There was something on the Onion....or some website that did that, as if the entire pop of the world was in Rhode Island, and then what would happen if they jumped. The answer was nothing.....But then the infrastructure of the world had stopped ,so when people tried to make a mass exodus from that state, all these crazy things started happening. It was amusingly done. I wish I could find it caaaause my paraphrasing is lame.

I know...and he felt so bad, and then my sister felt bad because he felt bad...

She felt like she shouldn't have reacted...
I told her that of course she reacted...(it hasn't even been 3 months after all).

Yikes!! That's a horrible event....either way, it could have been three years and it would hurt.

Some of it is spicy, but it's a misconception that it all is...so a lot of people avoid it. Try pad-se-ew (flat noodles, egg, broccoli, white pepper, and sauce). My favorite, other than any of the curries, is kaw paot supparot.....which is a fantastic fried rice with seasonal veggies, pineapple, curry, and raisins. Awwww so good.

I just made them peanut chicken, (it was spicy on purpose) and then made a simple stir fry of veggies, and jasmine rice.

Pad thai is good too...but since it's at every single Thai place, I try and get something I don't think I'll have again, etc.

OH MAN, speaking of, I had the best thai EVER last year in Seattle. Just this little place i stumbled upon when I was exploring for lunch time. I don't even know the name of what I had in my mouth.....but I will tell you this. It was glorious.

I've been to the Seattle area a few times, but I've never really toured Seattle itself.

I've heard there's a "hidden city" tour of Seattle that's really good.

And I figured out what I ate.....panang curry (omg) and rama, this eggplant spinach dish.

I stayed there for a week or so with my friends, since I flew in to Seattle when I went out west. They lived right in the heart of Capital Hill.....which is super "hip" with tons of things to see and places to eat....and my friend Ryan is the best, so I got the grand tour when I was with him and his partner, and then during the day (they both worked at one of the nearby hospitals, one as a resident surgeon and the other with a pancreatic specialist) , I wandered on my own to explore. It was awesome. I did a lot of amazing stuff there. Seattle and Portland were so fun, but it was so overcast.....I dunno, I'd have to get used to that.

They have like 10 different names for rain.

"...and the weather today will be a slight drizzle followed by misty rain followed by showers"

Ha. It's so true! And even if it's sunny....It's constantly moist. But, that makes for awesome moss. So, I'll allow it.
>.<
It was nice though, where my friends lived, you just went over a few blocks and then walked straight down, right into downtown Seattle. It was quite a walk, but all downhill....only problem is going back uphill after adventuring all day
