Mmmmmmm. Eggie sammich!!! I just had a bagel for dinner. But, then I had bought raisinets so I ate those right after....and drank wine. Clearly a smart thing to do after I took aspirin and medicine.

I like to fry the egg in lots of butter, then let some cheese melt on it.
Then eat it on soft bread that's been lightly buttered...

I use Pam spray or something...I don't like cooking my eggs in butter. Burns too easily. I like sausage on my eggie sandwiches.

i prefer it with spam, but i haven't bought spam in ages and i am out of cheese too
but totally plan, just the egg cooked in buttered and the bread buttered is wonderful!

I think one of my favorite sandwiches to make atm is just anything panini worthy. We have one of those griddles. So I stuff it with spinach, pesto, turkey, cheese....or apples, brie, and ham.....ENDLESS GOOEY SANDWICHES!
