I'm making a bowtie pasta with vegetables in a cheesy tomato sauce with some chicken thrown in it. Also a side of broccoli. I wanted to do a bread but... the garlic bread would have been bad for hubby cause he's gotta watch salt and cholesterol and all that now. So... no bread like that.

Tell him to just take pills...that's what my hubby does.

Yeah but he doesn't want to. He's only 25, he needs to eb in better health than what he is.

Hubby tried for years to handle his cholesterol with diet.
But then just realized that it must be genetic, and took the danged pills.

No problems anymore!

Well yea, if it hasn't improved any by the end f this month, he's gonna have to go on them. Cholesterol and B/P meds. But he'll still have to eat right and exercise, which he has been neglecting for a while. So hopefully the doctor scared him enough that he keeps it up.

I was overweight and my cholesterol was fine.

I lost 55 lbs, and my cholesterol is now high.

It's just NOT FAIR!

Wow, that seems like it would be backwards. Human bodies are so complex and also fragile so I'm sure there was a lot going on that we just don't see, so it doesn't make sense.

MY BP has gone down though, so that's good.

My doc had to cut my BP meds back quite a bit cuz I started getting dizzy when I stood up.

So...I'm trying to decide...extra EI stuff, or more commons?
