I never watched all of blair witch. I thought it was really stupid.

I never saw it either...just snippets of it.

I started watching in the middle and thought it must have been a parody of the movie because it was hilariously bad. but then it wasn't a parody....

I saw it in theaters. It was stupid annnnd even more stupid. Kinda just felt sick because they moved the cameras so much

That's why it was so bad.
If the acting is bad, then you must think it isn't acting, and therefore it's real.

Then again...it could have just been bad acting.

my thought was that it was a film a bunch of students made and was accidentally mistaken as a professional movie. but a lot of people i know were really scared of it when it came out.

Wasn't it supposed to be a group of film kids started out to investigate the Blair Witch, which was some local story...and then they ended up getting killed/whatever supposedly by that witch.

I only watched the middle of the movie.
