Well, over here they're watching the football game with the sound off.
It's really strange.

that's worse than watching it in a tavern with too much noise to hear the game. (ate dinner at a tavern)

i think that it's ok if it's in a tavern. you can at least see what's going and and when you go to games there isn't commentary so it's not much different

but why watch at home without the sound. it's kinda the same as in a tavern...but weirder.

maybe there is talking going on and what not?

We turn off the sound on the football games. :D We talk over it.

well, I hate watching football myself. I will leave the room even if I'm comfortable on the couch.

All I know is I have to root for the Bengals because that's what our family roots for.

but it's hard to talk to people while they're watching the game. half of what they talk about is the game and they'll stop a conversation so they can yell at the tv.
