Hopefully it will, Wings! ^_^
Heh. S'okay, Linn. Distraction happens! Especially when it involves Hugh Laurie.

Hugh Laurie has a small role in that movie and he is absolutely amazing in it. He's hilarious.

Linn: Everyone in American forgets he's British, too, seems like... :p
Wings: I haven't seen it, either. There must be multiple versions of it, though...

the version I'm talking about is the one with Kate Winslet and Alan Rickman

I'll admit, after watching a lot of House, Hugh's real accent does take some getting used to...
Kate Winslet version. Got it. I'm trying to think of what I've seen her in besides Titanic, and... coming up with nothing. But I'll try not to hold the boat against her. :)

lol. I haven't seen all of Titanic actually. I've seen the first half and feel no real desire to see the second half. And I saw that after seeing Sense and Sensibility. I will say she plays another idiotic character in this movie

I only say the end of titanic and the begining. I went back to it after I finished watching another story and yeah. not sure how I liked it.

I saw Titanic in theaters when it came out. Twice, because a friend of mine hadn't seen it and wanted to. The second half is arguably the best part, because that's when you finally get to see the ship sink.

I don't know if it's a "must-see," but if you want to see Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio get it on to the sounds of Celine Dion... Well, that's the film to watch.

I'm not sure if Celine Dion was actually background music in that scene. Probably not. I haven't seen that movie in so long...

well I figure since it won 11 Oscars it must be of some importance...

Yeah, that's true, assuming Oscars are a real measure of importance. And... I'm kind of glad Cameron didn't win, for some reason. There was so much hype surrounding Avatar, that most everything else seemed like the underdog. Not that I actually saw any of those movies.
