Whenever I have hiccups I try to hold my breath, but that doesn't always. work. D;

I just control my breathing and refuse to hiccup. almost always works

Water usually works for me, in small fast sips.

Nothing will cure me of hiccups... I seriously have to wait them out.

water has never worked for me and lately I only get the painful hiccups.

I had a case the other day it hurt, I was just glad my sister wasn't around, she and I pass our hiccups back and forth.

yes she and I are... it sucks for us if one of us gets hiccups while the other is around though... b/c we'll get them at least twice that day.
