And making the batter killed my hand to the point where I don't want to work on my art project even though I need to get at least one square done. :/ But I really don't want to work on it.

6 muffins would maybe last a day around me....

Same here....but at least I made them at night and not early in the day.

I have enough ingredients to make one more batch though...but I'm not doing that night...maybe next week.

I'm usually hungrier at night! left alone with a tv and food, the food will disappear!! >.<

Yeah...not really healthy...but I don't really eat like that on a daily basis. I will actually eat a meal...okay...it's frozen stuff that you either put in the toaster over, oven, or microwave since I never learned to cook. But still...I have something a bit better than muffins and oreos for dinner. XD

we have great mexican food down here in Tejas! I don't know about you peeps in other places.

The only mexican restaurant I've been to around here is The Baja Bean. I used to only get the burgers because I don't like the food. But now I will order their quesadillas. Then they give you chips and dip (well...salsa) but I only eat the chips. Then they have good strawberry daiquiris. :D And if you go from the dining room to the bar or vice versa...you get to follow the yellow brick road. XD And I kid you not about that!

I don't think I could live without eating every good kind of mexican food that came my way. I hate enchilladas though.
