Well mine was 2 weeks. But I mean everything is online and the classes are only 8 weeks long. is that a normal class length? For college classes, I don't have anything to base it off.

I guess it is short but classes are only 2 months long. I don't know if it's like, accelerated classes or what, but THEY seem short to me. Not your usual uh... whatever it usually is..

Makes me glad that I'm done with school - for now. I do want to go back, but looks like that is being put off, for the time being.

I'm sick of school...and i have to go a whole nother year because the one teacher is on sabatical and he's the only one who teaches the two classes I will need. If it wasn't for those two classes, I would have been done after this coming summer semester. :/ And I can't take them in fall because it isn't offered and he won't let me take them independently. I know I can do it, but apparently he's only ever let one person do it and they didn't do a good job. :( But those two classes would be the only two I would be taking, so I would have the time to do it though. But he still wouldn't let me.

And awe! :hug: I'm sorry to hear that! And that sucks that because of those two classes you're being held up a year. But I know that you can do it! :) And I don't think it's right that he's not letting you do it independently just because the one other person he let do it before you didn't do a good job - totally not letting you prove to him that you're capable of doing it. -sighs- Some people are just annoying.

Like my hubby, who keeps on bringing up hiring someone to help me with our daughter as I've been struggling slightly these last few months - excuse me, I'm doing as good a job with a 15 month old as I can considering that I'm almost 27 weeks pregnant. :XD (Sorry, I keep telling him that if I feel like I need the help I'll tell him that I want to find someone to help - my sister has been helping out the last few days - she's taken Emma out to the park today, so I'm enjoying the quiet while it lasts. :lol:)

Why would you need to hire help if you are doing well on your own considering and do have help from family? That would be ridiculous to fire someone.

Well, my mom and sister don't really live close - my sister is just with us for another week, before she has to head back home, and mom is about a two hour drive away. My husband just worries about leaving me home alone with our daughter when he's at work - he's a worrywart. I have numbers of people that live near us that I can call if I feel that I need help with something. :)

I do get where he's coming from - but sometimes it feels a bit much. xD

I also have to say that I am loving your avi as well, hon. :)

If you have people close by that are willing to help, I would go with them. That way you don't waste money on hiring someone to help that will get laid off when you don't need their help anymore. At least with the others, you can always give them cookies. XD

Thanks! It took me forever to make it because of the pirate color. There needs to be more items with that color! I love it so much! I actually have a nail polish that looks like it might be extremely similar to the color...but I haven't tried it yet.

My thoughts exactly! If my husband had his way, we'd hire someone to live in... we don't have that kind of money right now! -sigh- Thankfully I managed to talk him out of that. :P And payment through cookies is always nice - so picking up ingredients for cookies next time I'm at the store. ^_^

I wanted a white belt. But I couldn't find one that fit good with this avatar. The new white mod one looked great except for the black detailing on it. :/ But then I started thinking if I did that, there would be too much white. :/

Yeah...I don't care for dark chocolate either...but I have some because that is what I was given for christmas in this little wooden thing (I don't know what to call it but it is small and you can open and close it like a really tiny canister) that my uncle made out of wood. :D I love it though...I will end up using it to store candy in it. XD

I can stand Dark Chocolate ... kind of... in small quantities. I'm a Milk Chocolate lover myself. :drool: My hubby, for one of my christmas gifts, got me an assorted box of See's Milk Chocolate Truffles. :drool:
