morning, i feel a little better. slept til 10:30... :gonk:

i bet i do have pre-diabetes and the doctors around here are so stupid they don't wanna help you with anything. :(

you can take care of yourself by eating more often.
just make it a balance, smaller portion meal.
i love rice cakes and that and peanut butter with apple slices is my go to snack.
it always makes me feel much better, as well as yogurt.
and always lots and lots of water.
