Oh, no walking in the rain. :lol: It was a bit chilly today.

I got random piles of snow last night. *sigh* gonna be a white couple of weeks I think.

it was supposed to snow here, but all we got was rain.

i could have gone for walk when hubby got home, but decided not to. wish i did though, i love it when it rains.

that doesn't sound pleasant at all to walk through. Only time I want to be in rain is when I'm swimming. something about already being wet makes rain fine and kinda fun.

I don't mind it if it's a very light rain. A mist even. :lol:
But yeah, not into walking in the rain. Though mostly because I'm scared of any lightning and all that jazz. :gonk:

I like lightning a lot. and thunder. I do feel the need to run into the rain when it's storming outside, but I just stick to being outside and in shelter, watching it.

I do not. At all. Well... if I was somewhere completely safe, I wouldn't mind it. But it struck super close to our house one year, fried some of our things, made our fire alarms go off for some reason and just .. was not pleasant at all. So I am never again being fooled by any natural beauty of lightning. It's just mother nature's electric stick of death to me. :talk2hand:

Thunder's not so bad since it's just thunder.

Storms here are just angry violent things though; so I hate them. D<

i wouldn't go out in the thunder and stuffs. but a light rain would be fun.

I was standing near a tree and as a kid when it was struck with lightning and I know people that have been hit with it but the likeliness of that is so slim I can never be bothered by it. I have a serious love for the power of nature. lightning sends a thrill through me and I get really excited seeing it. I had the same reaction when hurricane ike came through. I was plastered to a wall-sized window watching transformers blow pretty much until the eye passed over my house.

Hmm, one of my dogs was about half a second away from getting struck by lightning once. He was out on his dog run in a storm and I went to unhitch him and just as he streaked off for the house, I let go of the metal cord and lightning struck the run... i felt a little in my arm but nothing else. I was kinda stunned. I guess I came a lot clser to being struck than he did XD

like celery is really cheap and filling.
apples are good at keeping you feeling full, as well.
black beans and other beans are really good at helping you feel full, too.

Oh no, we are talking about food now? Hmmm... oh yeah. I read this thing that said bacon and sausage increase your risk of colon cancer by 20% if you eat 2 pieces a day. But when you don't eat it, your risk steadily goes down. *shrugs* Hmm, good foods. Good foods. How about a bunch of veggies? Canned and frozen are still pretty good for you, as long as you don't cook them too long. Hmm. I'm not so good with healthy foods. When I get home I can look up some stuff in our P90X cookbook. It has all this healthy stuff you are supposed to eat when you're doing the P90X work outs and stuff ^^
