yeah it was crazy! i had to cut some of it in half to even get it out of the pot. :lol: the pot was sitting in a little plastic sleeve thing that's why i didn't know the roots had done that. the roots were even the shape of the pot. :rofl:

let's hope the plant♥ thrives in his/her new home!

yes, plants tend to do that in a small pot. My mom had one like that. Now its a tree thing taller than me outside.

i think it's a Heart Leaf Philodendron (P. cordatum). but i'm not sure. i guess it's poisonous! no wonder the cats get sick... they can't get at it now.

yep. looks like typical ivy. I think ivy prefers to grow up and around things so if you were to plant it near a tree, it'd wind up the tree.

Ooh. Those ivy plants are always in a pot growing down or all over the place when I see them. Probably prefer to grow up things, but not like it's to going to die if it can't. XD

haha yeah! i wouldn't be able to keep the cats out of it though. so it's better off where it's at i think. maybe i can let wrap around the laundry room ceiling. :lol: that person said she puts little nails in the wall for it to hang on.
