We have six cats, two boys and four girls.

Wow. yeah i would suggest getting rid of a few of them.. We have two cats at my house and I don't know how long 1 of them will last.

They are, Penny is the best cat we have. She's my favorite so maybe i'm partial to her, but she's the first we got.

So we've gotten ourselves into another problem. Those window people are calling and causing more problems. Hubby was rude to all of them, sounds like we are stuck with getting those windows.

They are haressing you? next time they call ask to speak to a higher up and asked to be removed from their calling list.

Well i told the salesman that we changed our minds, other things had come up. He got rude and said there is no backing out now. So hubby called him back and got upset at that salesman last night. The bank person called today and hubby was rude to him, told him we don't want his money. So then the window company called back, hubby called them yesterday and left a message about the salesman, and the owner said they have a contract written up for us already. >.<; Sounds like we HAVE to to it now. ugh.

if you haven't signed the contracts you have no obligation to purchase them
also most states have a 'buyers remorse' law, it gives you 3 to 30 days to back out of things
don't let them bully you or your husband, llonka, rude and pushie salesman are the wrost
DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!
you do not need to do anything if you don't sign it
you have not purchased anything until you sign.

We signed some papers i think they were just so they could see if we even qualified for the loan. I dunno. It's a big mess and everything just happened so fast.

In Texas I think you have 3 days to back out of stuff.

They HAVE to let you out of the contract, but they try to pretend that you can't get out of it.

Well just let this be known-

1. We are too nice of people and have a hard time saying no.
2. When we do say no, we feel bad and retract and do it anyways.

So story is, we are getting new windows. Since hubby threw a fit they knocked the price down to 7800 from 8500 or something like that.

It's okay. My fault for telling the guy to come back later, I was in hurry though trying to get Jacob to school.

Hopefully they are nice windows and it keeps your house nicer.

They should be. They are those energy efficient kind. even have some tinting in them. boys' room needs new windows bad, one of them had a cabinet built around it, with insulation in the cabinet. it looked stupid so we tore it down, but now we know why the previous owners did that. the draft is horrible.

Pretty sure they will. I mean the windows we have are oooold. They are the rope kind...
