We're working really hard to make them, so hopefully they go over well!
We have some new products that we can't release until Spring/next October, but we're organizing everything and getting it ready for then :3
I can't wait to open though!
I'm excited to see the reaction to the new winter products and the new spa products we're releasing into the store only, as well as the jewelry we made that we're releasing to the store only! <3
I'm afraid we won't be able to open Nov. 5th though due to the delay in shipments, but hopefully we still can :(

I've been good, thanks for asking. c: I am currently doing some work, luckily my sister (whom I work for) doesn't mind that I'm on Mene at the same time! XD Anyway, I'm also doing NaNoWriMo this month. Hopefully I can catch up, I'm waaaay behind so far and there's only about a week left. o_O;;

lol. That's nice that your sisters allows you to be on Mene at the same time. :D
I've never done NaNoWriMo...I have just never had the time to...plus when it comes to writing...I never have the inspiration anymore. :/
But yes, hurry! Maybe you can catch up?

Ahh, too bad about not having inspiration. I've been using this program called Written? Kitten! and it's surprisingly effective. XD Kittens every time I reach another 100 words!

Yayyy - someone recognized my cosplay! :D
I used the avi maker and I searched it up and down and this was the closest I could get! I couldn't find the hot pink items for anything so I had to use red in place of them, but I still think it works well!
Other than I hate how I couldn't find a proper necklace band or earrings or sailor shawl thing :(
That disappointed me :(
But I think I still pulled it off really well!

It's going great!
We're getting a lot of sales in now that we're open, it's basically getting told it's open by word of mouth because the newspapers are being retarded and not printing that we're open for some reason, even after days of saying they will or not responding in general. It's not really that difficult because they've already done a story on us (one of them printing entirely the wrong information so we have to write a retraction on it and post it on our website, but ya know xD) so all they need to do is update it. I mean, when we had to delay our opening they had it posted in the paper and on the websites saying it was postponed, so it's not like it's really hard work, but ya know xD;
That's the newspaper for you!
The ones around here are always screwing stories up and just unreliable in general - it's crazy lol

Hopefully once it gets open it gets a bit more business in, but this week we basically finished stocking our shelves and did a soft opening so it gave us the extra time we needed either way :3
Next week is our grand opening though, so hopefully a lot of people stop by!

It keeps me out of the house, gives me something to do other than school, and it's definitely appealing for the artist in me!

Mai: Yep, I seriously did that. I started talking about stores, then went into shopping, then about how I was half to 100 words, then started talking about cats, then closer to 100 words, then kittens, then I'm only a few words short of 100. XD

Emma: I've been okay. Been getting headaches a lot but that's probably due to stress. I've spent the past three days just writing my eight page research paper. That's not including the actual research I did before I started writing it. At least all I have left to do now is finish my printmaking assignment, finish my photography assignemnt, make two powerpoint presentations, and make two large drawings for my senior project...oh...and study for my final exam in my art history class. For classes, there's just two days this week (due to thanksgiving break), then all of next week, then it is exam week. So I will be a busy little bee. The only reason I am on is to take a break from working on school stuff because of that essay.

Wow, Terrena, you sound super-busy. o__o Good luck with it all! Don't faint. o__o

I wish you all the luck with your work Terre! It definitely sounds stressful!! :(
Just take it a step at a time and don't stress if you don't get as much done as you had wanted for the time you allotted yourself for it. I got into an overwhelming state like you're in right now and that was the only way I could stay sane, let it go and just focus on what I did get done, as it was better than nothing at all. I really hope you're able to get everything finished hun! <3

I think imma head to bed, though -- gotta be up in about 8 hours for work!
