2nd probably Katniss but I don't really like peeta I'm more of a Gale fan :]

My favorite tribute is probably Rue, too. (Yeah, real creative, I know. XD) It amazes me that she manages to remain so innocent throughout the game. Glad I'm not the only member of Team Gale. Everyone likes Peeta for some reason, but Gale just strikes me as a soulmate for Katniss. Peeta... he's harder to trust.

But I think Gales better for her..and when I was reading the second one ..I wished peeta stayed dead xD

Yeah I hated how he did that because then if the capitol found out she really wasn't pregnant,then what?!

It's not so much that Gale is tougher than Peeta (who didn't survive the first Game by being a wimp). It's more that Gale has always dealt with Katniss on equal terms. She's never really felt that she's owed him anything. With Peeta, her feeling of debt just continues to mount, and while Peeta may feel similarly about Katniss, there's not much evidence of it. It really doesn't seem like a very good way to start a relationship, if there really is one to be had between the two.

Yeah..But I hate the feeling when you finish one of the hunger games books.I stay up for hours thinking about it..

AND I know its not his fault but in each of the hunger games hes hurt threw a big part of it..

well, peeta is still the guy who saved katniss's family from starvation. he also saved katniss once too....though katniss has saved him more....but i just cant stand gale. he is just so...i dont know...not there?

He has to be not there..he has his family to support and he has to work in the mines.. o - o

We do know less about Gale, that's true. He's not a tribute, and most of the books take place in the Arenas... But while Peeta does save Katniss and family from survival, Gale continues to assist her in hunting and gathering. She is probably capable of going about it on her own, but not nearly as effectively as when she teams up with him. They help each other, and both their families benefit.
