Ok that sounds a bit weird but still I have a question for someone who is computer expert who can help me out here. This morning around 4:30am(where I live) after being woken up my cat and I had to us the bathroom, I was about to head back in my room when I heard something in the den like someone turned on the TV.
But we don't have one in the den, I got a small TV in my room so I peaked inside my room and the TV in there was turned off,so I went to the den to find out the noise and it was coming from my computer. I left the speakers on last night but turned off my monantor. It sounded like a robot speaking at first then it began to talk normal it sounded like a comedy club was being taped and there was another voice on there which talking about "policy's of this nation" it was a male voice on there.
But when I turned on my monantor to see if a video was left on for some reason, nothing and the noise stopped as well. I was a bit freaked out here so I turned off my speakers and monantor, went back to my room for a bit, came back out, turned on my speakers and nothing.
I don't know what it was, I have wireless internet connection did it pick up something last night or is there something else going on with my computer.
Oh and I ran my anti-virus programs and they didn't pick up any new virus.

You might of picked up a cell phone message,a satellite,or an aircraft/police radio.

Reminds me of this really weird time when I was watching Matilda on the television in my bedroom and suddenly this song started playing, and it took me a minute or too to realize this was strange because there was no song during the particular scene of Matilda. Then suddenly it switched to this space talk thing. Eventually I went into my mom's room and asked her if her TV was also getting strange voice overs. "What is yours doing?" she asked me. So I explained, and she confirmed the television in her bedroom was also doing it, however our living room television which was the only one in the house with Comcast digital cable was not doing this. It was the freaking strangest thing.

But talking about possession, another incident comes to mind. A couple of times when we had first moved into this apartment previous to the strange occurrence I described above, my television had just randomly started flipping channels with the remote sitting inches away from me, I was not touching it at all. It was just flipping channels on it's own. I would have to flip a channel myself to stop it. The first time it had kind of freaked me out, and I called my mom in to do something. I probably would have thought of my dad if it had not been several years previous to his death lol.

Seriously though I think Kasumi's suggestion is possible. I remember once, I called my mom on her cell and I heard this woman speaking in Spanish for a few seconds and got creeped out almost thinking I had dialed a wrong digit in the number. But then I heard my mother's voice behind and the Spanish woman stopped.

Oh yes, it's very haunted xD You are doomed!

But to be serious; I think it just picked something up.. I've tried that with my cellphone once x3 Unless it happens again, I don't believe that you are haunted. But maybe it is a ghost, who's interested in the policy's of the nation =3

It's most likely just interference. It's happened to me before; once a crackly Asian voice came through my speakers for a few minutes.
