Hikako looked over to Anna as he smiled softly nodding. "Ye-yeah..I gues your right." he said as he laughed a little and opened the door with his eyes closed. When he opened his eyes, they widened brightly seeing how perfect his room was as if he never left his home in the first place.

Anna looked around and shrugged. "I dunno, you have any clue?"

As Hikako walked into the room, he walked over to his closet and opened it seeing all his old clothes pressed and cleaned. He moved all his clothes to the side as he found a note that fell from one of the pockets. "Hmm?" he picked up the note and read it, as he started to have tears forming in his eyes.

Anna peeked over his shoulder but couldn't see much. "What is it?"

Hikako turned over toward her with a weak smile from his tears slowly coming down still. "M-m-my fat-father...hes the one who did this..." he said as he looked back down at the note slowly clentching it into his hands tightly.

Anna nodded. "He'll be back...don't worry. I promise you he'll come back for you again. He loves you."

Hikako smiled a bit as he dropped the note onto the floor and turned around looking at Anna's eyes. "Yeah....I guess your right...." he said quietly and hugged her then walked out of the closet.

Anna nodded and smiled. "So we're staying here?" she asked.

Hikako smiled softly as he walked over to his bed and sat down on the side of it. "If you want to.....then sure." he said quietly as he looked over at Anna.

Anna sat down on the other side. "Whatever is easiest." she said. She laid down and looked at her new surroundings. She liked the place, it was cozy and clean, but not old lady cozy, perfect.

Hikako smiled a bit as he laid down onto the bed right next to her and looked up at the ceiling. "Then lets stay here...." he said quietly as he turned his head over looking at her face.

Anna nodded and kissed him gently. "How long did you live here?"

Hikako smiled as he kissed her back gently. "I've lived here....for about...almost..my whole life."

"Oh...my mother and father will be upset if I stay here, but screw them. I'm having fun." Anna said as she laughed.

Hikako laughed a little bit along with Anna as he looked up toward the ceiling. "I dont want you to get in trouble...because of me...." he said quietly as he smiled a bit.

"Isn't that what makes life fun?" Anna asked as she smiled a bit.

Kioshi smiled as he nodded and sat up on the bedside. "Yeah...it is..." he said as he got off the bed and stretched his arms out widely. "You want anything to eat?"

Anna nodded and smiled. "Yes, please."

"Anything in particular?" Hikako asked as he turned his head over to her finally dropping his arms down to his sides from stretching.

"Whatever's easy, dear." Anna said. She poked her toes in a pattern as she waited.

Hikako smiled as he nodded and walked out of his room. "Hmm...whatever huh?..." he said to himself as he walked downstairs toward the kitchen and opened the fridge and looked for anything he could use to make something good to eat.

After a while, Anna walked downstairs. "You okay?" she asked.

Hikako smiled as he looked over to Anna and grabbed a chicken out of the fridge. "Hmm?..yeah. why wouldnt I be?" he asked as he let the chicken onto the cutting board and grabbed a large blade from the cabinet.

"You...were just taking a while." Anna said. She stared at the blade intensely.

Hikako smiled a bit softly as he slammed the blade down onto the chicken quickly cutting it in half. "I'm sorry..deary." he said quietly as he contiued to cut it into smaller pieces.
