Well I try. I'm just glad there's a hangout for poets here. I used to have a poetry section in my Gaia guild, but the guild died. Now I have people to share and compare my work with again.

Think about the ancient stories.
Tales of Gods and heroes,
And mortal men who overcome,
The righteous wrath of heaven.

These legends were the world for them.
So don't you think it's funny,
That they should see their Gods as just,
An obstacle to be outdone?

It seems at odds with today's world.
Do you suppose they found it odd,
To declare the gods almighty,
And yet still say that man could win?

Are we less hopeful now than then?
That our view has changed,
We no longer think the world opposes,
But yet think we cannot best it .

I type a poem

I had a take home test too. But then I didn't turn it in cause I've been sick for two weeks T_T it took me two hours to do because my head hurt so much. Ugh and now I've started my period. no fun...
