Laughing brightly, she swung her legs back over the edge of the bed, standing up fairly quickly. "I'll keep you to that promise!" She answered before silently padding over to her door. Creaking it open, she winced slightly at the noise it made. Glancing around, she sighed a little when she was sure no one else was awake, or had been woken up. Sin quickly looked back to Jacob, giving him a serious look. "I'm going to get something, but you gotta stay quiet! If you hear someone coming towards the door, there's a space under my bed, should be enough room for you to hide there if need be. I'll knock three times on the door to let you know it's me." She whispered before tip toeing out of her room, closing the door as quietly as possible behind her.

Sin practically leapt down the steps, attempting to remain as quiet as she could. While she and her brother's rooms were on the first floor, her parents slept on the ground floor, so this would be the most dangerous part of her journey to get food. Creeping into the kitchen, Sin glanced around before dashing to the fruit bowl, grabbing a couple of apples. Once checking them over for bruising, she made her way out, pausing only when she thought she heard noises from her parents room. Freezing, Sin stared at the door anxiously, praying they woudn't come out. When nothing happened, she let out her held breath before rushing up the steps and to her room. Panting quietly, Sin reached out, tapping the door three times then opening it, looking exhausted as she looked for Jacob.

((Hah! :D Actually, my old geography classroom was haunted apparantly! During the winter the door would be completely shut then for no reason it would suddenly open, then close, then repeat that several times during the lesson. Our teacher called the ghost Gladice XD She was really friendly! There was another ghost called Dorice who's evil! She kept scaring everyone and when someone said 'give us a sign Dorice' she turned off all the electricity in the building XD))

Jacob nodded. “Will do Sin.” He watched as she left, he wished her good luck, as he stood up from her bed. He walked around her room, looking just at random things and getting to know her room more. He looked at the floor and smiled, finding a pillow, he put it on the floor and then he noticed that she had several blankets on her bed. [lets pretend ;p lol] Taking on he folded it and put it by the pillow. He would sleep there tonight, unless she would say other wise. He looked up when he heard knocking. “1..2..3.” he smiled and walked to the door as it opened. “Welcome back my dear Sin.” He smiled as she walked in more. Closing the door softly behind her, he walked her over to the bed, taking the apples form her grasp. Holding one up for her, he titled his head. “Do you want one Sin?” he asked and then looked down at the other in his hand, taking a small bite from it.

[O.O oh mys wows, that creepy, yes creepy. O.o wows]

She smiled to him as she let him lead her to the bed before collapsing on it, lying back and closing her eyes for a moment. When she opened them again, she looked up to Jacob, only then realising he'd taken the apples from her. Shaking her head, she smiled brightly. "Nah, I've already eaten today, you go ahead."She motioned before sitting up again, glancing down at the cushion and blankets now lying neatly on the floor. Sin didn't comment about them though. It would probably be better if he did sleep on the floor...At least for now anyway. She certainly wasn't comfortable with the idea of him in the same bed. That thought made her blush slightly and she turned away so he wouldn't notice, hopefully anyway. "Hey Jacob...Did you ever speak to the other toys like you? You know, the ones who turn human at night too." She asked quietly. Sin had to admit, she was rather curious by the toy/guy with her.

((XD I know, but we're a really old school, about 150 years old, and according to the head master, back in the 18 something's, a boy was killed while he and his friends were using these rollers on the cricket field to smooth it or something. It was an accident, but goes to show how little health and safety was back then...Great way to get our attention though, telling us that in the assembly ^^))

Jacob nodded and continued to eat the apple, down to the core. Seeing little trash car he tossed the core into the can lightly, starting on the other apple. He nibbled lightly at the skin to soon suck on the apple for some of the juice. Knowing this probably looked weird, he stopped and began eating normally. Looking down at Sin as she asked about the others, he nodded. “Yes, well not every night but sometimes. Some night we would even play games to pass the time, but most of the time we slept, since we stayed up all day watching the kids, girl and adults look up over, handle us and then put us back on the shelf. Today however I did see 3 of my friend being picked up and taken to new homes. I hope they like their new homes.” He smiled and looked up to the ceiling, thinking about where his friends were and thinking about his friends that were still at the store. He finished with the apple and then tossed it away as well, wiping his hands clean in his shirt, he smiled and looked down at Sin.

[oh my god, if they did that me us at our assembly we would probably all scream.. well some would]

She watched him eat in silence for a couple of moments before suddenly laughing, having to cover her mouth again to muffle the loud sound. The way he was eating was both cute and funny at the same time, how could she not laugh. Once she'd gotten control over herself again, she smiled, biting her lip slightly. "S-sorry, do you normally eat like that?" She asked, still shaking a little as laughter threatened to come out again. Gazing at him thoughtfully, she looked away to trace the patterns on her sheets with one of her hands. "Sounds nice, maybe we'll see them with some girls at school or something...I'm glad you weren't entirely alone, that would have been horrible!" She muttered, a weak smile flitting over her face, though she didn't look up. Sin had decided she would take Jacob into school with her, she wanted him to see her school, her friends, despite only being a few of them.

((I guess we're all 'country bumpkin' boarding school/day kids so stories like that aren't too bad, Lots of old schools round here probably have things like that. But it did make me think of our two 'ghosts', I started laughing and got weird looks XD))

Jacob smiled at her laughing at him; a blush came back as he shook his head. “Only with apples, I like the juice so I try to get it out sometimes.” He grinned slightly, “you can laugh if you want, I know it looks weird.” He did know but it still caused him to blush. He also blushed at how she was when he told her that he was not alone. When she spoke of school he started to get excited, sitting facing her, he sat up on his knees and looked over at her with big eyes. “You would take me to school with you?” He was happy at this thought, he almost never went to school, only when his old owner was in pre-school, and that was for show and tell.

When he said it was alright for her to laugh, she couldn't hold it in anymore and started to laugh again, this time quietly. After it lasted a short time, she sighed and nodded a little. That had been the most she'd laughed in a while, it felt nice. "Nothing wrong with wanting the juice, it's really nice! Especially with fresh fruit." She answered before looking surprised at how excited he seemed to be at the prospect of going to school. It wasn't really exciting, he'd probably get bored of it after the first day or so. Still, it seemed sweet that he wanted to go. Nodding she grinned a little. "Of course! You'd have to stay in my bag, but there's lots of room, and I'll make sure you don't get hurt any more." She answered, pointing to a large over the shoulder bag to show him.

((lolz :D It's fine, my friends are used to my weirdness XD Sorta...My parents work at my school so we get a house on campus. I'm a day pupil, my house just happens to be at school XD))

Jacob nodded as she spoke, looking at her bag that she pointed to he smiled. “I’ll fit ever so nicely.” He looked over at her and smiled. He watched her a second and then did it. Wrapping his arms around her, he hugged her softly. Wanting to hold her longer he held a little tighter and then he let go. Sitting back, he blushed heavier. “I’m sorry but I’ve been wanting to give you a hug since we arrived at your house.” He nodded and turned in his spot, his legs over the side of the bed and his feet playing with the floor. He was ashamed that he did that, but in some was, he was happy. Happy that he could hug her, happy that she was so nice to him, and just plain happy to be with her.

She giggled at his comment about fitting into the bag, glad he wasn't upset by the idea. To be honest, if he had been, she didn't know how she would have smuggled him in otherwise. This made it a lot easier. Still thinking about this, Sin wasn't looking to Jacob, so when she felt arms wrap around her, she made a noise of surprise and stiffened, one hand tightening around the sheets beneath her. Sin remained tense until he finally let go. When he did, she relaxed instantly, though drew he knees up to her chest, staring at him wide eyed as he explained and apologised. Frowning, she didn't respond straight away, instead watching him in silence, before finally sighing. "It's fine, just don't take me so much by surprise next time" She answered in a soft voice. Sin felt weird, and she shook her head a little. It wasn't a good weird, or a funny weird, she felt for a moment sad again, sad that he was so happy to be with her. Soon enough though he'd get bored wouldn't he? He'd get bored with her being the only one to talk to, and that thought made her sad. She didn't want to be sad though and quickly forced her expression into a bright one. "I've been asking a lot about you, do you have any questions or something?"

((Haha, not quite interesting, but helpful for long lie ins in the morning if I'm tired XD Military school o.o Sounds scary XD It's fine, I've been ordered to do the same, I've got a lot of work to do, I can't even see the floor XD))

Jacob could feel her moving, looking back at her he could see that she was sad. He turned fully and sat down next to her. He wanted to comfort her; he wanted to be there for her every moment happy or sad. He felt like he could never leave her. He looked over at her when she asked if he wanted to know anything. He smiled softly and then thought about it for a second. “why are you so sad right now my dear Sin? Did I do something wrong?” He asked, turning slightly so he could face her a little better. He look at into her eyes, wanting to know what was troubling her so. He wanted to know so he could make her happy.

His question surprised her. She had thought she'd hidden it quite well. Obviously not though. Sighing she shrugged before smiling quickly again. "I'm not sad Jacob! How can I be sad now I've got a new friend? I think you're imagining things, better go get your teddy bear eyes checked out! And no, you've done nothing wrong" She joked teasingly, reaching out a hand to tap him in lightly on the middle of his forehead. It was sweet that he was trying, but he didn't need to. In once sense, Sin almost wished he was just a normal bear, so she could tell him everything, without the fear of being judged, or being worried about. She quickly regretted wishing this, mentally scolding herself. Having Jacob the way he is was so much better then a normal bear, he was being so friendly as wel.

Anymore kisses and he just might melt.. or better yet be spoiled. 'Night sweetheart' he said as she pulled him closer and put covers on them. Feeling the room get darker, he knew it was time. But how was going to calm her down much less explain how theres a boy in her arms. There would be no way for him to get away without waking her to a stuff animal magically rolling away. Before you knew it there was a bright fading light, and smoke appeared with glittery stars floating around... no not really. That only happens in the movies. A light cloud appear but dissapated almost just as fast as it came. Wanting to stretch but he couldn't, he was kinda stuck. He turned his head around to face her; he didn't realize how close they were. A blush filling his face he practically jumped out the bed, but ended up falling out. Good thing her floor was soft.

When the girl left the room with her empty plate Ruki took the time to observe her room, it didn’t look that out of the ordinary to him. The window caught his attention and he noted the darkening sky, ’Soon…’

Soon she came back into the room and cuddled up with him on the bed, if he was in his human form he probably would have wrapped his arms around her as well but sadly, that would have to wait a few more hours. Then her brother came home. Ruki felt like grapes being crushed to make juice as he was squished in between his owner and her brother. Not fun. After the brother apologized and left Ruki was bounced up and down as the girl skipped back to her room, ’Love, I understand that you’re happy, but you’re making me dizzy.’

After she left to take a shower Ruki pouted in his mind, ‘Now why would I not be good?’ Then he blinked. Wait…blinked? He could move? He glanced down at his hands and saw multicolored sparkles lifting off of his skin, leaving behind his human counterpart. He stood up and stretched, it had been so long since he’d been in human form… He turned as the door opened, “Welcome back love.” he murmured. How would she react?

Abby sat up at the sound of the thud and let out a soft scream that she quickly shut of by covering her mouth with her hand. Pulling the covers more on her she shook a bit in fear. "Who are you!? What are you doing here!?" The girl went to grab her wolf for comfort but couldnt find him, be started to panic more and hugged her legs to her chest. "Answer me!" Her voice was shaky and scared.

Even though her floor was soft didn't mean the thud wasn't extremely loud in the silence. Oh crap... he thought then looked up at the sound of rustling sheets. Ethan held up his hands in surrender. "Shh don't scream!" He whispered loudly, when she started to freak out and search for what he guessed was him, as the wolf plushie. "Calm down, first. Because I don't think you'll listen to me." He scooted away alittle to give her space. By then the blush had faded completely. "Your first question, it's Ethan.. your wolf. Second question I'm here because you bought me from 'A Toy For Love' ".

Abby's eyes were wide as she looked at him, thinking she was hallucinating or.. "Im dreaming aren't i?" She asked him, looking around to see it anything was off, she couldnt find anything besides the boy now standing in her room. She held her head on both sides and stared at her sheets thinking it over. "This cant be real.." Looking up at him she slowly crawled out of her covers and walked over to him to get a better look. As she looked in his eyes she got the same feeling she received when she looked into the eyes of the wolf plushie she'd bought. "You are him arent you..? But why..?"

"No, your not dreaming, your just extremely surprised and scared now." He watched as she looked around her room and held her head in her hands. Soon she came crawling out of the covers slowly to get closer to him to get a better look. He sighed in relief, she didn't think he was lying or anything which was a good sign. He simply nodded to the first question. "Long story short.... I and five others.. maybe more were created..at this place.. I'm not sure where or how but at night we turn into humans, a human boy to be more exact. Were designed to be that one who holds you at night and comforts you when you sad. But I'll still be that plushie who you seem to loved to cuddle with." He paused for a second to let it sink in, "When morning comes..any day I'll be that wolf."

Sky was looking at the floor when the door opened. She noticed shoes [or feet] and a voice. Looking up she froze, not even blinking. She looked at the boy standing in front of here, looking him up and down. she finally blinked, “Who are you? Why are you in my room.” her voice was confused and soft. She looked to the side at her room and saw that Ruki was not on her bed, then it finial hit her. “AHHH! Where’s my panda?! What did you do with my panda? I want my panda, he’s my new bestest friend!” she ran pas him and into her room, looking around for her panda, he was no where to be seen. Tears started to collect on the rim of her eyes. “Where’s Ruki? Please I want my Ruki back.” Sky sat on her bed, pulling her knees up to her chest. She really wanted Ruki back.

[I can’t tell you how much this reminds me of when an old friend came to surprise me o.o lolz tis made me laugh]

Jacob laughed at her comments. “Probably Sin.” He looked at her fingers, cross-eyed when she tapped his forehead lightly. Smiling he watched her as she thought about something. Titling his head he wanted to reassure her about a few things. “Sin, I wont judge you about anything. I love how you are and I’ll be a good bear, no worries. Please I might even be better then a bear, cause I can actually hold you if you ever need it.” he smiled hoping that she would under stand that he would be there for her no matter what.

Abby thought about what he was saying for a moment and nodded to herself. "This is the kind of stuff that happens in movies..or books.." She said to herself and took a breath. The girl read those books all the time, mostly fantasy or romance novels, she was a hopeless romantic..Her eyes looked up at Ethan and touched his cheek. The boy before her was real and she jumped a bit as she felt his skin. With a smile she took a breath and heard her stomach growl. "Well..are you hungry?" She asked. Knowing she should be more freak out by this, surprisingly Abby wasnt. For years the girl wished to have a life like the ones she read in books, and now it had come true. She wasnt going to just push it away. "Come on, it must have been a while since you've eaten anything.." She took his hand and quietly lead him down the hall. Her mothers bedroom door was closed, meaning she was asleep, so the two were safe. Not like her mother would do anything anyway. Quietly Abby made him follow her down the stairs and into the kitchen. "What are you hungry for?" The girl asked, opening the fridge.

Matt's mind was in overload. A girl was reaching her hand out to him. I-is she going to t-take me to a home? Will she be my new owner? This..is it LOVE?!

He was touched, out of all the newer and more kawaii toys, she had chosen him! A dirty, disgusting looking, mutilated penguin that mothers would shield their children's eyes from. The girl's little hands caressed his side, Matt was in bliss. Her hands opened up and patted him. When the hand parted, Matt realized that she wasn't just petting him, she was sticking her gum behind his back! The girl adjusted Matt to hide her naughty sin. Matt was disgusted. Gross, he yelled, intolerable! I hope the boogeyman eats your guts tonight! However no sound came out, it was all in his mind. Hurt and disapointed, Matt wished he could wiggle deeper into the pile of stuffed animals that he was in.

Ah, he thought darkly, the words and curses that my owne--old owner would call her. Matt had been picked up by a kind middle aged lady who brought him back here and promised that she woud give him to good hands. That promise was made more than two months ago. Now violent thought and darkness seemes to be all that was contained in his small mind. The lights in the store flickered out, and the rattle of metal sounded. The old lady was closing shop for tonight. Matt waited. He waited for a few minutes. Then he waited a few minutes more. Suddenly he started growing. His fins stretched out and parted, turning into arms, hands and fingers. His webbed feet, torso and the rest of him did the same. Eyes shrunk and his beak turn into a nose, a mouth appeared below it.

"Ha!" Matt laughed. He was a hairless ape once more! Or rather, one that befitted his darling owner Ann. He would be so much better for her rather than that smoker, piercing ridden Goth boy. Only, Matt’s face darkened, she moved away before he could show her that, and left him behind as well. This is why, he reasoned, I should go and murder her, for the pain that she has caused for me.

However, there was one thing standing in his way. The cursed cage door. For some reason, every night, the old lady would reach up into somewhere and pull down a strong cage door which blocked his exit. Matt reached out and shook it angrily. “Blast”, he muttered. Resigning himself, Matt walked around the store and viewed all the items. Any misplaced toys; he straightened out and put it back in its place.

Growing ever duller, Matt brushed the dust from some shelves and went back to his toy bin. He strategically placed all the toys to the side and slide his much larger body in. Squeezing himself comfortable, Matt planned to bury himself deep into the bin so that no grubby, disgusting, secretly-hiding-gum hands would ever reach him. The lights outside turned out and Matt felt himself beginning to shrink. He quickly reached out and buried himself. Nestled between a stuffed shark and a giraffe, Matt closed his mind as the cage door outside rattled again.

She sat there listening to him, not speaking for a while. The way he spoke, it was as if he already knew what was going on in her mind, even if she hadn't said anything, not properly anyway. Shaking her head, Sin smiled to him, reaching out and taking his hand tentatively. "Jacob you'll hurt your head if you keep thinking or worrying about me."She teased before shuffling a little closer. Once she had, Sin paused for a second beforesnervously leaning forwards, resting against Jacob and wrapping her arms around him in a gentle hug.

Jacob looked at her hand when she held his, so warm and comforting, he loved it. Looking up as she spoke, a blush appeared on his cheeks. He smiled softly and nodded. When she ended and moved closer to him, he froze. When she wrapped her arms around him to hug him, his frozen body began to defrost. Slowly he warmed up to the hug, wrapping his arms around her. He softly laid his head on her shoulder, “As you wish my dear Sin.”

Ruki watched his owner run around the room, looking for a stuffed animal that was no longer there. He slid his hands into his pockets as she sat down on the bed dejectedly. Then he walked over until he was standing directly in front of her. "I'm right here love." He replied, realizing that maybe that wasn't the best thing to say, especially since normal stuffed animals don't randomly turn into humans...huh...

Holding him, and being held, it felt surprisingly nice. Not as awkward as she had been expecting it. Smiling, she stayed still for a moment before suddenly laughing at a thought that had flickered across her mind. "You were right, you're better then a normal bear, your hugs I like getting them from a life sized teddy!" She laughed quietly to herself before quickly smothering a yawn. Despite not feeling tired, Sin tended to yawn at random intervals of time, normally at the worst moments she could, without even meaning to. Slowly she moved one hand, keeping the other around him in the hug, to pat one of his stitches as lightly as possible. "Never be ashamed of these alright? I think they make you look pretty cool, all tough and stuff!" She mumbled.

He wanted to lean into her hand, when she touched but she retracted it too quick when she jumped. Ethan didn't even realize he stopped breathing until Abigail's stomach groweled. He looked surprised at first, then he started to laugh. He wasn't hungry in the least bit, but since she mentioned it. He guessed he could grab alittle something to munch on while she was asking. Before he could say anything, she took his hand and lead him down the hall quietly. All the way there his eyes were on her hand until they were closing in on the stairs. Once they made into the kitchen she went straight for the refrigerator, while he looked around admiring the place. "Hmm? Oh.. uh I'll take a sandwich. But I think we should worry about you right now, you must be hungry."
