I made 100 bucks one day for watching 2 bratty kids for 3 hours :P

My first job was at 18.

I think my sister was 16 too... we had the same first job

I didnt even think about work at 12

well if we are talking baby sitting... i was doing that for my mom when i was like 7... i grew up really fast

my family is good on money? my brother had a job. I tried all last summer to get a job, but no one was hiring teens for the summer. the only places that hire kids are fast food and they were full by the time I was done with school and colorguard to have time. Its really not possible to work and do sports.

I did cleaning when I was 12, for 3 years. Then did after school care tutor for 2 years, then worked as an intern for 2 years, then worked in a chocolate shop for 3 years, then worked in retail doing proffessional gift wrapping for the last 5 years.

Yep, I held my own since I was a kid.

And my sister somehow managed to get me in trouble for stuff she did.. evil...

that's funny Zephi! I've vonuteered a the library and worked girlscout event babysitting, but only got paid once.

I never got paid for watching my sister, it was just expected I guess

I got paid for mowing our large yard. I did a baby sitting thing for a year at gs meetings, but the parents didn't really pay us more than a few dollars to split between us. it sucked. oh, I'm my neighbors pet sitter.
