Edit: Oh! I remember why! They blamed him for Dorjan's death cuz he wouldn't have died had he not been turning Derrick. Yes, Dorjan is his sire. And Yeah, I'm starting to realize I have time-line conflicts from earlier posts... I'm edit the profile so that Derrick will have been with them for a couple of weeks to accommodate the previous posts about leapfrog.

Also, the change will be that the clan blames Derrick for running and drawing Dorjan from the safety of the mansion and getting him dead that way, then leading the hunter back and slaying others before the clan scattered. Not much of a change, either way, they get dead and Derrick gets revenge later.

Edit 2: Also, that would explain why the clan would hate Derrick, for leading the hunter back to the mansion and getting Dorjan killed.

Yes. Half the clan should be somewhere, though they'd avoid the mansion indefinitely. But hey, no reason why after 200+ years that one of them wouldn't start a rogue crime syndicate.

Alrighty. Are you gonna pilot the leader of the syndicate? I don't know much about Dorjan's clan to be able to so I'm planning on being a second in command or something. Also, I think it would be cool of Tidar's murderer was also part of the syndicate. It's not gonna be Rouges though. I was thinking we could base it in a different city since we'll be traveling and it should be more awesome/powerful than the ones I mentioned. :yes:

Ty,vampire, is only affected by complete burning and Vince, werewolf, changes into a giant wolf instead of an anthropomorphic one. Not affected by silver either but can be killed by normal giant wolf slaying means :yes:

Also, who in the opposing party is allergic to other types of metal? Cuz his sword really isn't just silver edged, though it's easy to miss the etching on either flat side of the blade... (remember: white gold on one side and yellow gold on the other)

In case you don't know, white gold is a mix of platinum and gold.

I didn't know other metals could harm vamps and weres as well but I guess for now the two with guns are just weak against silver. I could probably make someone weak to white gold later on.

I'd heard/read of a legend where a wolf was weak against none of the normal metals you'd expect, but when someone handed him a piece of gold, it burned his hand. I read a Gundam Wing fanfic once where a vampire (it was AU) was allergic to platinum. Least, I think it was platinum...

Is it all right if I add A gun to my character? I thought it might be more efficient if she had a golden gun.

I know werewolves back in the day didn't transform with the full moon but people had to put on the fur of wolf to turn into one. And also, wolfsbane was good against them instead of silver.

What you're talking about is a skinwalker. It's not a werewolf, it's an indian magic thing where you transfer your soul to the skin of a wolf.

Werewolfism is generally a disease. there's myths about it going back to egypt and before then. Theres a theory that Anubis, god of death was a were-jackel. Horus, god of light was a were-bird, so on and so forth.

of course, it also depends on how much of that you wanna believe or not. ^_^
