For the hairstyle I'd probably use style 34 or 35 personally and probably make it a bit more of a darker redish brown...

Yeah, I couldn't find anyway to get the red choker... I tried a few combos but none of them would allow like a necklace and the other stuff at the same time. >.< It looks like the neckerchief you have does though so I would probably get a yellow neckerchief, use the tarnished teal cravat, and then a red necklace myself.
