Cheapest clothing item is the ragged shirt in Hot Gossip.
Otherwise 52 can have cheap clothes as well.

Welcome, Zrac! Um... I don't know of any other freebies at the moment or any cheap pants really. *looks down* I haven't gotten any for myself yet. I know there's a charity thread that donates clothes to newbies who haven't any, so you could check that out.

To find the cheapest pants, go to 52. It should be linked to the page with the cheapest shorts for guy avis. Boxers can be found on page 9. Actual pants pants and not just the basic shorts can be found here at Hot Gossip for 197g. From there you'll just have to do more digging as it then becomes more of a personal opinion in terms of colors and style. :3

The beauty of charities is that you don't have to pay them back. You can, and most do, but you don't have to. (That's why they're charities <3)

Personally, for me, I prefer to buy cannons. Lots and lots of cannons. Hard to do in the beginning, but usually I buy 1 cannon and whatever cake/water balloons I can. Then somewhere near the fourth level, if I sell the cake/water balloons one, I should have enough for another cannon. And I just repeat that process until I have practically all cannons. >> Assuming I don't die first. I usually don't make it pass the boss stages. T_T
