If you click on My Account, all the threads you posted in should appear there (unless you've messed with your account settings and turned it off).

You can also go to your own profile (by clicked on your name at the top of the page where it says "Welcome (username)" or on the profile button on one of your post. Then click on the statistic button and then you search your posts manually or find all the threads you've created.

It should subscribe automatically, but you can mess with your opinions to get email notice as well.
