Well I told him I would buy a set for him monthly as long as the funds were there. I've been kinda tight this month and I feel bad so I said as soon as I get paid next week I'll buy him a set as promised. I was going to do Lupin himself but two reasons I decided not to:
1) He has sweet as heck sideburns.
2) There isn't a yellow tie or green coat that works well enough.

I mean, I'm okay with changing the color of one item but when the character's so simple it's silly to change more than that.

Important details: After the lose of their mother Ed and Al, Ed's brother, made a grave mistake using alchemy. This mistake came at a great cost. Al lost his body and to save his brother Ed bound his soul to a suit of armor. Doing this also came with a price. Ed lost his right arm and his left leg. After this Ed vowed to restore Al to his body and so he continued to study alchemy with a great determination then before. He because a state alchemist and became known as the Fullmetal Alchemist. He was given this name because of his automail arm and leg. Due to have these automail limb Ed is powerful and is able to preform alchemy without the help of a transmutation circle unlike other alchemist, though when it comes to bigger jobs making a transmuation circle helps. Being the youngest and shortest,ok maybe I shouldn't say the last part, but Ed is a chibisan and he hates it, state alchemist isn't easy. State alchemist are seen a dogs of the military and aren't popular in a lot of circles. All state alchemist are recognizable by the distinctive pocketwatch that they all carry. The reason Ed became a state alchemist is so that he will have access to important research that may help him find a way to return his brother back to his body.

I don't think so. I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed.

You can copy the same cosplayed character from previous rounds, that's no prob. But i'd prefer it not be an exact copy.
