Other than that, finished my first year of college and opened my own business -- I partnered with my Mom on her old business and we're bringing it back/revamping it -- it's been a lot of hard work, but it's totally worth it :3

Well, I have psoriatic arthritis thanks to my skating accident 4 years ago that's only going to get worse, so they're not going to be treated or get better -- but at least I have answers now and can try to live accordingly :3
Just have to know my limits, deal with that, and take the meds to help me (aka pain meds and anti-inflammatories) :3

Well, the business has been around since about 2000-2001 and my Mom sort of let it fade out when she started college about 2 years ago, but for a year prior it was sort of fading out anyways because Mom was getting a bit tired of going it alone~
So, it's been sitting for about 3 years or so but we're really bringing it back and making it spectacular again :)
Lots of improvements, a lot of new products, etc <3
We've been working hard on it the past month or so :3

Ah it makes sense, its crazy how much time school can take up. When I started I thought I'd have all this extra time, and some days I'm just wondering how I'm even going to get 4 hours of sleep. So how did you like your first year of college? I forgot to ask lol.

I understand that, nor did I think it was an allergy. I mentioned food only because I know with certain illnesses other foods have to be avoided, or if you eat certain things it helps. Case in point with some cancers. People have been known to go on diets and improve significantly etc... I've just never heard of that special brand of arthritis. I know of Rheumatoid and I guess just basic arthritis. But anyway lol.

Psoriatic Arthritis is basically the halfway point between Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis :3
So I don't technically have Rheumatoid Arthritis yet, but at some point I will :3

We plan to in time -- we just haven't really found a place here that suits our purpose and we're not looking to do a LOT of major renovations, so we're kind of screwed locally lol
So for now we're just keeping it online, getting that back going, and seeing how everything is in 6 months to a year :3
We're hoping something will come available or we'll be making enough from the site to make renovations less costly and out of pocket :3

The only thing they will do will grade separately and take everything into consideration -- and I made a point of telling them what my partners stole and copied from me, what they failed to accomplish, what they did and did not do, etc.
I was not letting my grades go down because they decided they wanted to do my portion of the papers instead of theirs and make me do all of the work while they sat back and did nothing xD
One time? I got a paper to link with mine? And it was legit one big wall of text -- no paragraphs, nothing. It was a bunch of run on sentences that said the same thing in like, 6 different ways before going onto a new idea and doing the same thing -- plus it had NO citations or sign of where the information came from -- it was basically stolen from my portion and out of an encyclopedia xD;

Umm, no, actually ^_^;
It was a living nightmare for me.
I didn't have a lot of friends in high school because 1. I've been on the unhealthy side since birth and I kind of grew up constantly on antibiotics and with health problems, so that kind of branded me once middle school came around.
I was a figure skater, and we didn't have an ice rink at my school so it wasn't considered a sport -- so that automatically put me on the geek list because I never watched sports and I didn't play what they considered sports -- I did figure skating lol
I spent a lot of time in the library, so I was branded a book worm~
I made friends with whoever -- I didn't care their station in life, their rank in the school, etc. -- so that put me in with their social standings (mainly art kids, and the arts were wayyyyyyy unpopular in my school) -- so I got crap about my art because while they couldn't do stick figures, I was getting pieces in the local museum, the school show cases, hung up around the art room, and was kind of getting special treatment from the art teacher because she absolutely loved me and my work -- so that was another negative check on my social roster :P
So, because I was a walking time bomb (medically), an artist, a bookworm, and I was completely incapable of doing sports -- I was a bit of an outsider who was the pit of a lot of jokes in school lol
Oh -- and to top it off? Because I didn't do drugs and I didn't get drunk every weekend, I was also considered basically nothing short of a loser for being clean and sober ^_^;;
Plus, it didn't help that I'm way into Asian music, watch anime, and read manga :P

So yeah, high school was not great for me.
And my dorm was filled with much the same sort of people, so it was a blast being kept up to all hours of the night, having backed up toilets filled with puke and beer bottles, etc lol
I'm just glad I have a substance free dorm and a quiet dorm next year xD;

Plus, I'll finally be doing my art courses -- so I'm hoping to find a niche somewhere and finally feel like I belong somewhere and am not a total outcast ^_^;
It would just be nice to feel like it's not a crime to be me, ya know?
