What did you think of my idea about a round robin game of cosplay?
10 Rounds, 10 Contestants, some judges. Kinda like Project mene. But i'll have to think of a way to change it up a bit, so it's not so similar.

The round robin idea sounds interesting. I would most likely participate unless the theme was something I really didn't care for, and there aren't really a whole lot of things that fall on that list.

So, it would be like Project Mene then - but how could it be different? *hum* That I have no idea. I would try it though!

For those talking about the round robin idea:
It won't be exactly like Project Mene, i gotta think about how to make it slightly different.
Wouldn't want people to get upset and say we're copying their contest. Plus it will just be a once in a blue moon thing, not something we do all the time. There won't be 1 set theme, it will be different themes each round. People will be required to "join" which means they commit themselves to see out the contest till the end. People will get eliminated as the contest progresses & they'll be a grand prizes. As for themes we'll have to discuss that exactly. But yeah ... i still got some thinking to do, before i pass on the idea to a mod to make sure i ain't gonna get my head cut off lol.

Also as for votes, Yes they must be all PMed. I actually got quite a lot last night.
And we have 1 person clearly out in front.

I can't wait to see who wins ^^

hm... I was just looking through the project Mene thread and I can already see the biggest difference and the one that would make the most sense for this thread.
Make us actually cosplay. Their subjects are things like art, diseases, mad scientists.
Make our rounds something more cosplay based.
For example; round one- Disney movies, round two- Miyazaki movies, round three- fantasy movies, round four- fantasy books, etc...

We will be cosplaying from specific entertainment forms (movies, tv, music, literature) and will have to have refrences to the specific person we choose to dress as.
You could do like you did this time and have specific movies, books, etc we can pick from.

Yeah i was thinking that Lilith. I just hope that it's enough to make a difference, because the actual process is the same as Project mene's that's all.

Well really there are only so many ways you can have an avi contest.
And I think it helps that you don't plan on making this a all the time thing.
