I can sleep in planes on occasion, but not ususally in cars. Unless I'm running on only a couple hours of sleep, then I can't go to sleep no matter how much I try.

Only when I'm exhausted can I sleep in a car.. unless it’s cool in the car and I have a pillow. Though I use to fall asleep anywhere at any time when I was young, haha.

I have no bother at all getting to sleep in a moving vehicle, if I'm sleepy I'm sleepy and I tend to just snooze wherever I am. It is not an involuntary thing, so I don't have a sleeping sickness or something, I just like to take naps when I feel the urge

I can sleep in a car or a plane or pretty much anywhere, but I need to be able to lie down. I can't sleep sitting up.
So for example, if I'm on a plane and there aren't a lot of people around, I'll move to a row that's three or four seats long, put up all of the arm rests and then lie down and take a nap. Nowadays though it seems like every flight is filled Dx I can recline my seat and relax, but I can't really sleep. I'm a side/stomach sleeper so I can't sleep on my back D:

I lie on my stomach when I sleep usually. I never really sleep well in transport, but like I said, it doesn't stop me.
I don't tend to sleep on buses or trains though just incase I miss my stop

Used to be able too as a kid, but now - no way. I get carsick so easily that I normally start feeling dizzy as opposed to sleepy.

I can usually sleep in any moving vehicle. Planes, ships, metro, buses....I just have trouble in smaller cars. I can go to sleep, but especially if I'm in the front passenger seat...I ALWAYS, without fail, have that sensation of falling and wake up when I stick my foot out to try to catch myself.

Actually, I can't sleep in a moving vehicle either unless I'm in it for more than a day. :/ I can't get comfortable and every slight bump of the car shakes me awake. So, hell no can I fall asleep like that. :P

I can naturally sleep pretty well on long car rides, but I still often take Dramamine (motion sickness medicine) to keep me from getting car sick and it also has the convenient side effect of making you drowsy. So yeah, I usually sleep like the whole trip after taking that. : P

It's terrible! I'll sit, staring out a window for 4 hours and not be able to sleep T_T And planes are bad too! It's cos I'm sitting up right. I was on like a 10 hour flight once, and got about 4 hours sleep. :(

I'm pretty sure I've slept in a car quite a few times before. The latest was on our way back from Oxford when I wasn't well and just needed to pass out. Cars don't generally agree with me, but I seem to be able to nod off no problem if I'm weary.
As for all other forms of transport, I can't say. XD Don't go on them frequently enough to have ever felt the need to fall asleep.

I tend to get car sick so whenever I'm traveling on the bus or car for longer than twenty minutes, I'll recline or lay down to sleep. When I know I'm going for a long car trip, I'll deprive myself of sleep before the trip so it'll be easy. I'm usually fine on airplanes, but I still prefer not staying awake for them. I rode for eighteen hours on a flight last year and only spent a few hours conscious. 8D

I can sleep in the car easily. More than a few minute ride and I'm out. It's really weird. Planes on the other hand scare me too much to fall asleep on.

I can sleep anywhere so long as I can meet two requirements:
1. I can fully stretch out my legs.
2. I have a blanket.
I can't sleep if those aren't fulfilled, so cars are out, but I've managed to sleep on an airplane once. (It was a 12 hour flight. >.> )

Wings can sleep just about anywhere! The only problem is if I can fall asleep, once I'm asleep NOTHING bothers me. Typically the only thing that will keep me from falling asleep is light. But i've slept in a multitude of weird places both in cars and not. Plus I've slept on a school bus and a coach bus multiple times in all kind of awkward positions so sleeping in a moving car is like no problem at all!
