I must say I do love cheese. That's why I'm not a vegan. I don't want to get preachy so I won't elaborate.

Ohh..at the time when I was trying to....I thought it would be a good idea...and plus possible lose some pounds in the process...but...I did fail....and I tried 4 times already...I just wasn't meant to be for me, Mr. Mayor. :\

But...Fish and Chicken are great! If I have those two for my proteins I am all good to go... ^_^

@ Luenola: Yes, that's right. I eat milk products, assuming they don't have any other animal products (like eggs or rennet), but I try to eat organic ones (the animals are generally treated better on organic farms.)

Yes...but I was trying to be vegan at the time...with not even dairy products..but I just couldn't do it... it was too hard for me... I am italian after all....OTL

not just the pasta..but the ricotta and stuff...is our staple...^^;

Correct. If you consume dairy that would make you a Lacto Vegetarian. If you consume eggs that makes you an Ovo Vegetarian. I'm an Ovo Lacto Vegetarian.

my dad tried to make us vegetarians once to lose weight. whenever he'd go to work we'd sneak meat!
