We had enchiladas last night.

My hubby roasted peppers and made the sauce with tomatillos. It was excellent!

Hmm... I usually don't want to pass up mexican but... I don't really have a taste for anything :P I guess that might have something to do with my sense of smell being dulled.

But... enchilladas that I don't have to cook sounds great XD
