*walks in for a couple of minutes* I have to go back to work in 5 minutes. Bleah. Working a double on Valentine's Day. *shrugs* Oh well. Besides working, I've spent most of today watching The 10th Kingdom.

I never got much, even in grade school. I was the nerd nobody liked, except other nerds. LOL! I was lucky if I got even one valentine in my box. It was very sad. The first year that I was in public school and they had us decorate the shoebox for valentines, I put everything I had into decorating that box so it would be the prettiest one. What did I get? Not one valentine! Not even one of those chalky candy hearts with the sayings on them! I cried and the teacher scolded the other kids for leaving me out. They were forced to apologize, but you could tell they didn't care and didn't mean it when they said "sorry". I threw the box away and hated Valentine's time at school from that point on. High school was even worse because of the roses and candy grams... I got one of the roses once, but it turned out to be a gag from some guy who heard I liked him and wanted to humiliate me. :(

I finished watching it about and hour ago. I watched the first disk last night, the second disk this morning, and the third disk when I got home from work this afternoon. I love it. We taped it on VHS when it came on. Someone ended up accidentally taping over the gypsy part at one point. But now I have it on DVD! Best Valentine's Day Present Ever! Anyways, I must be off to work now. *waves* Bye!

The card for the rose said "Heard you liked me... Well, I can't stand you!!! HA HA! As if I'd go out with you!" :( I hated him after that and made his dating life hell by telling all the girls who were interested in him that he was a jerk and was overcompensating for a lack in certain anatomy.

@Kakashi: Yeah, kids k through 12 are evil little creatures when it comes to peer social status. I got a lot of that too. I think everyone but the "cool kids" got crap. Because most "cool kids" are douchebags.

Yeah, I've been dealing with this infection for a while now... Turns out I developed a severe allergic reaction to the antibiotic I was on, so the doc is waiting to put me on anything else for a bit. :( I had the fish lips like Naruto thought was under the mask in episode 101! @[email protected]
