Hah, we have birds(bunch of budgies, parrot, and a parakeet) and they've made some annoying noises at the worst times...
And my house makes some fraked up sounds at night. It seems to worsen when I try to sleep and it does piss me off.

Any loud, intrusive, rhythmic sounds. Alarm clocks, the beeping from when the driver-side car door is open and the keys are in the ignition.
Tapping: fingers, pencils, turning blinkers in cars.
People who chew with their mouths open. I hate that smacking noises. Also see: make-outs scenes in films. And Salad Fingers. Not that I don't love Salad Fingers, but it's like somebody just stuck their hand in a bowl of macaroni and cheese and wiggled their fingers. It's an awful sound.
Whistling.
Singing along with songs. Or just singing along in general, if the person can't sing well.
Shouting, or just when people talk to loud in general. It's like I can feel the sounds vibrating through my head, and it gives me almost an immediate headache.
TVs, when I'm not watching them.
Also, I really really hate it when my English teacher puts on audiobooks for whatever literature we're reading, and the only sound in the room is just the audiobook and it takes over my head and all I can think of is what the narrator is saying. I always put on my ipod and read ahead. >:I
I am very easily annoyed. >:U

Anything at just the right high pitch just kills my ears... and then there's a low pitch that vibrates my ears just enough that it's excruciatingly painful @ [email protected]
Babies generally hit the first one, and motor vehicles sometimes hit the second one...

Ugh. The sound of people chewing, be it food with their mouth open or gum. And humming, dear god, when anyone starts humming I see that as the perfect excuse to hit them really hard.
Other than that... I'm the kind of person who can listen to music that consists of people rhythmically scratching chalkboards and enjoy it.

I hate the sound of alarm clocks as well. I don't know how, but that sound literally makes me physically sick. What's more, they don't actually help that much to wake me up. Normally I'll still be half asleep and unable to comprehend what the dreadful noise is, so I'll cover my head with a pillow and hope that someone comes and makes it stop.
I also hate the sound of people chewing their food if it's particularly loud. For some reason the noise made by people biting into crackers also bothers me a lot.

The one noise that I truly can't tolerate at all is the sound of people talking to each other in another room, though only if it's muffled. I just hate the sound of muffled voices, mainly because I hear it when I'm trying to sleep. It seriously makes me furious, and I'm not entirely sure why :P

I have Asperger's Syndrome. Mostly I just can't stand sounds that are in our daily lives.
For example, in chorus we do a certain warm up where we sing zzzzzzzz in a scale. The Zs hurt my ears, I have to cover my left ear because it hurts when I hear it.
Also, whenever my step-dad yells at anything, I just suddenly get angry and want to punch him, even if he didn't do anything.
There is also when on the bus, this guy chews gum with his mouth open behind me!
EDIT: And there is also the time in chorus (again) where when people sing the wrong note, and the teacher doesn't notice, I get mentally pissed (but I don't show that I'm pissed off).

Reason: add more sounds that piss me off

The sound of those alarm clocks, y'know.. the old fashioned ones that don't have the radio.
I HATE THOSE. My parents used to have one in their room. I heard it every morning when I was a little kid.
Oy xD.

People who make icky sounds from their mouth, kinda like Wonderlands said. And people who's licking their fingers. EWW... I also hate it when people are groaning with voice and when people go crazy with a fork in their mouth, that sound make me want to shut that fork down their throat.

Someone scraping a piece of chalk on a chalkboard. YOU DON'T KNOW IT'S COMING! I always twitch.
I also hate the sound a large crowd makes while waiting in line at Popeye's. It is incoherent babble and annoying sounds. It marks the time I get really busy and really tried. lol.

I can't stand the sound of the friction between a carpet and socks.
