"Check the steps before you step on them...uh...Eri?" Howell suggested. He looked up the stairs and realized it wasn't long till he got to the top. "Next!" he yelled so they could hear him.

Kyoko lightly tapped the bottom stair with her foot, she was not looking forward to going up these. They looked to her like they would crumble at any mintue. turning her head to reassure herself that Iggy was right behind her, she started up the stairs

Kai sighed and backed up with his sister. It lunged for them again but he punched it's bony face making back away and almost hissing. He looked at it with disgust. He stood in front of Yuki and glared at the two disgusting things.

Howell stopped to take breath. "Next!And then the last of you just come up when the person in front of dissapears on the stairs!" he yelled so they would be able to hear him.

Iggyma walked up the steps slowly she looked up in front of her.

Eriathwen contined to follow Howell. "Its dark up here." she said as it got darker. "Are you at the door yet Howell?" she asked him.

Howel ran into something. "Yeah" he answered his voice muffled. He grabbed the door handle but decided against going in until the others were with him. He looked down and could barely make out the dark figures of the others.

Indigo slowly made her way up the stairs after a few of the others, and did her best to make out the shapes of the others. She sighed and looked around. "Can someone stay by me?"

Vegas smiled ."I'm Right behind you Indigo." he spoke as calm the stars behind her.

Yuki managed to knock another attack before getting pinned on the ground. She stared at the thing showing its disgusting decaying teeth.

Kyoko subconsciously reached out grabbing the back of Eriathwen shirt. Normally she wasn't scared of the dark, but apparently this place had ghost, and those did scare her. " Um..sorry but..doesn't anyone have a light?" Her voice held a slight tremble and she fought the urge to scream when her leg brushed up against the wall.

Noura Looked up to her. "Kyo?" She put her hand on her shoulder and smiled a little even though they really could see ever one that good. Then she stated to look through her small bag and pulled out a small pin light turned it on and handed it to her Friend "Here you are."

"Yuki!" Kai yelled in surprise. He stared at the two of them. He was frozen in place, shaking harshly. He closed his eyes. He couldn't bare to think of what would happen.

Kyoko jumped when a hand from behind touched her but settled back down when she hered her best friends voice.She took the light with gratitude shinning in her eyes." Thank you Iggy." for a moment she felt at ease with the light darting around her lighting up one corner just to be flashed to the next.That was until the scream of the male twin reached her ears. With a squeal of her own she dropped the light. "what was that?A ghost?"

Eriathwen went to grab a flash light out of her pocket but some one grabed a flash light first. "No worries Kyoko." Eriathwen said smiling then realizing she probly couldn't see the smile. "We should move on through the door because our combined weight might be to heavy for these old stairs..." she commented.

"Ghost? Hah that was from inside this door...the twins perhaps? I don't think I should go in their alone" Howell stated calmly. But he was in panic. He couldn't think of the two young twins dying.

"You crazy fudge bag!" Yuki yelled at the thing kicking it off her. It leapt away from her then came back only to be kicked again. Yuki got up quickly before the things could attack again.

Mario finally arrived at the school, which would be the weirdest thing to call a castle. He walked to the front and entered. Gayly wandering about, he started to hear a bunch of knocks and bangs coming from upstairs. Being the everly curious person he is, Mario decided to go exploring. He heard yelling so he decided to go armed, just in case. Taking a rock from the floor, he transformed it into a mallet and opened the door leading to a badly lit staircase in which he heard all of the noise. Walking up the stairs, he missed a step and fell forward, catching himself and resting above the missing step. "Ow that hurt."

Kyoko, ever jumpy since they entered the dark staircase , turned wide frightened eyes toward the noise. Bending down carefully she picked up her discarded light and grabbed onto Iggy.Pointing the light past the gathered group of teens she tried to see what hadmade the noise, the sounds from up stairs forgotten.

Noticing a light coming from up the stairs, Mario calls out. "Who's up there?" Feeling himself, he finds that he has sprained his ankle due to the fall. God this sucks, he thought. Beginning of the year and already hurt.

"Lotsa people!" Howell yelled to the boy down below. He spotted Kyoko's flashlight in the darkness. "Who are you?" Howell asked loudly. He tried to open the door when he heard Yuki but it wouldn't move. He slammed himself into the door and sighed when it wouldn't open.

Eriathwen smiled at Howell. "Let me try." she said smiling at him. "Even though I'm kind of lazy and small I'm a lot stronger than I look." she said and stepped past him. She grabbed the door handle and turned makeing sure it wouldnt budge. She then turned it as far as it would go and jammed her right sholder into the door. It didnt budge but wiggled a little bit. "Its starting to move." she yelled at the others. "If you two are infront of the door move! Were comming in!" she yelled through to door. She hoped they had moved and jammed her right sholder into the door again and it swung open to show a bright light. She saw two people and two things that looked like dogs and she didnt know what to do.

"I'm hurt, that's what I am. Can you send someone to help me?" Why does this have to happen today of all days? Always having the worst of luck, Mario should have expected this.

"Hurt, oh bummer but we are trying to help someone" he told the boy. He turned to Eriathwen and watched as she hit the door. He looked at the twins then at the other things. "Oh thats not to good" Howell mumbled.

Yuki turned to the door worried. She smiled as it swung open. She looked back at the thing before grabbing Kai's wrist.
<(we didn't get to far...most of them are climbing up the staairs still, mario is hurt at the bottom, howell and Eriathwen founn Kai and Yuki who are in dire need of help)>

"Yeah, thanks. I'll just wait right here until I'm good and ready to move." Mario said with sarcasm and discontent. So much for a nice guy to help me out. As Mario waited for someone to help him, started to play around with his "stone" mallet and changed it into little things like a staff or a ball, just to pass the time.
