My name that I'd prefer you to refer me by is Bane. I'm an artsy nerd/goth/emo/geek(?) that is a fierce lover of animals, peace and personal space. I love video games, anime and manga. Usually when I look for new manga/anime, I look for these three things in this order: Art work[If it appeals to me], Story and character. If it fails in any of the three categories, especially art, then I usually don't even bother with it. I know, that's a pretty superficial way to think but...I love beauty and I'm a perfectionist, so I can't really help it. Aside from that, however, I am a pretty easy person to get along with as long as you respect me and what I believe in. I will generally display the same amount of respect to everyone I meet.

On another note, I love to read, write, horseback ride, play/listen to music and/or video games and hanging out with friends. I'll describe each hobby below.

My writing usually has a fairly healthy amount of characters, however my hero and top villian remain the same. If I decide to post my stories here, you'll get to know both very well and you'll either love them or hate them. Gabriel, a man who comes from a race of celestial guardians, is the hero. When I made him, I incorporated all the ideals of chivalry, courtly love..all that good stuff and blended it with of course the Biblical Gabriel. I did so because I love chivalry and all that fun stuff- my son will be well versed in it if I ever have one. Philippe is my monster, my fiend, my wondrously cruel and sadistic villian. He is the polar opposite of Gabriel. He has no respect for women[he rather enjoys beating/tearing apart/devouring them], he fears no diety, not even his creator. Think of him with the mentality of a child, wanting to constantly try and learn everything, but of course he does so with a twisted mentality. Philippe is my baby, he is the reason I started writing. And no, he's not a vampire. He consumes blood, but not because he needs to. He does so because he enjoys it- and not the liquid itself necessarily, he enjoys the fear he inspires by doing so.

I do horseback ride, but I'm still learning. I ride English style and I'm learning to be a hunter/jumper. I don't own my own horse yet, but I'd very much like to do so one day. I've loved horses since I was a newborn. Quite literally, my first toy was a horse bouncy toy. c.c But parent's lifestyle made my dream impossible up until this point, so I feel like...I don't really have a chance to be the competitor I always wanted to be.

Music-...well....I listen to everything. Anything from Pavarotti and Frank Sinatra to Nightwish...Marilyn Manson...even to artists like Beyonce, Gackt, Bi Rain, Michae Jackson? I just love music and can find something wonderful in many different style. I'm currently obsessed with a Japanese Visual Kei band known as Versailles Philharmonic Quintet.

I only play Fighting Games, some JRPGs and racing games. My fav games are King of Fighters, Guilty Gear, Darkstalkers, Tekken, Soul Calibur.

Lol. Well thank you, fellow new person. D: I shall do that....most people take a liking to Gabriel and don't really like my Philippe. Which...I guess is the point? But...it still makes me sigh since I put so much more effort into developing his character. -I still love Gabriel very much, though.-

Fighting games are fun, I like Guilty Gear and Soul Caliber. I do however, prefer RPGs, such as Suikoden, Star Ocean and Final Fantasy.
I respect anyone that can appreciate a broad range of music.

Lol, it's alright. I do that all the time, which is probably somewhat apparent in my post. I think the only RPG I can respectfully say that I played was Tales of Vesperia- I do want to play all those titles that you mentioned, though. D: Who's your favourite character in Guilty Gear/Soul Calibur?
