Hi there! About me um well... I'm starting my second year of university this year (Bachelor of Design Innovation) and I've just moved out of home which is quite exciting and scary.
I quite like art and design, I enjoy reading and playing Halo with my mates (I'm one of the few girls in my social circle who actually likes that stuff) and I volunteer at my church as a youth worker.
And if this sounds like something that you would put on a resume then that's because I have spent the better part of my week trying to re-write my CV because it looks like crap lol.
I think that about does it :)

Well welcome to Mene Krys, well if thats what is on there it should be great CV. and here i am trying to fix up my portfolio for crit next week. my prof is the pickist one on the panel so i am going to be totally nervous until its over.

Ah ok, fair enough! It took me a little but I think you mean a tertiary study because I'm used to college referring to high school lol

have you ever had a professor you thought was the spawn of the devil just because they always find something wrong with your work.

Well in the begining of last year all my profs kept telling me that I wasn't doing enough work or research or whatever but it's like "I came here to learn about how to do this, not have you tell me to do these things NOW"... But probably not as bad as the spawn of the devil. I really feel bad for you though lol

X/ and she says shes doing it to prepare us for our future jobs. i doubt me being an intern before my 4 year degree needs that kind of stress from her teacher.

I agree that's quite unhelpful. No one ever offers to help you put it in to perspective first, that's why lots of people end up with debt or jobs they hate or worse. Teachers don't really give a damn unless they're getting paid >:(

well they are getting paid but she says design is a high stress job with long hours and tons of perfectionists. and i draw cartoons where you draw off the in perfections and make a character. we are two people in other circumstances whould fight like cats and dogs.
