I've never eaten seaweed before ._. I'm told it's a little like cabbage, but to be honest, I don't think it sounds appetising XD

HAH! Nothing like cabbage. It can be prepared a multitude of ways. Wrapped around sushi in salty sheets, mixed with sesame seeds and drenched with yummy sauces. I didn't think I'd really like it all that much, but I'm addicted to the seaweed salad stuff. It's healthy and awesomely tasty.

I suppose I'll try it if I come across it. Anywho, it's late here, I'm off to bed. Night~

McDonald's milkshakes, along with a great many other products, contain a seaweed extract called carrageenan, which is used as a thickener and emulsifier. (It keeps the butterfat in the shake from separating out.) Carrageenan comes from Irish moss, a red, bushy seaweed that grows on coastal rocks near, among other places, Carragheen, Ireland, whence the name. (You can also find it in Maine, the Canadian maritimes, and various European localities.)

From an article I just found. Seaweed is in more products than you think. Just one more thing to chew on as you drift off into the never never.

Seaweed gets stuck to the roof of your mouth just to be annoying.

i only had a random taste in high school.
it was small so it didnt stick...
