No worries. I'm trying to make sure to stay caught up in all my threads that I like to visit. So I might be slow as well.

Yeah, me too, probably. Only I'm not working...I just tend to forget what I'm doing. :sweat:

I try to visit lots of threads, but it's so hard... :lol: So I visit a few ones that don't move too fast. : D

I'm good! I'm reading an article on Joe Hisaishi's film music -- the topic I'm writing my dissertation on -- and am very relieved that it's not actually (a) that good; (b) that detailed; or (c) exactly the topic I'm working on. Phew.

And yeah, there are a few fast threads I visit but I prefer slower ones.

Me, too. When I'm in a mood to really chat and kind of go on automatic, I like the fast-moving threads. They're a lot of fun, and often just a lot of wonderful silly nonsense. :P

Sometimes during events I like to go to a faster moving thread, but I usually give up after a while. xD

During the Phoenix Jubilee I hung out at the Wallflowers thread, which was unbelievably fast. Usually at least five people posting at the same time, all chattering away about random life stuff. Part of that, I think, was that the event currency was accumulated per post, rather than per word, so it was fine to post super-short stuff. Regular Mene currency is per character, though, so longer, slower posts can make up for the rapid-fire chatter.

Yeah, I remember when I went over to the Wallflowers thread cause I thought "Hey, I'm shy, I'll go talk to other shy people. : D" But then, when I got there, there were so many people... o.o

I haven't stopped by the Wallflowers thread at all. o.o;

Yeah, Wallflowers can sometimes be insane! But everyone I've met there has been really friendly, really open. It's not at all clique-ish like I've heard some other hangouts are.

I know, which is why it's rather disappointing for me that I can't keep up... :lol:
Oh, and congrats on winning the avatar thingy, Liztress! ^_^

I'm logging off for the night, I think. AnimeExpo tomorrow, and I want to get there for the early stuff!
