Well the best way to help you loose weight is cut way back on your salt in take. Cut way back on pop consumption.

I don't drink pop anymore, i only drink water and green tea, but i still don't notice anything, i want to start jogging in the morning, but my mom won't let me go without my dad and he can't jog...

Well cut out the salt, that helps too. Or way back on the salt. And even if you can't go jogging at least go out walking

@Kirin It's really hard to cut out a lot of the salt, mostly because salt is in nearly everything....it's scary really.

Well it's just that I did a story about people who have different maes for drinks, "soda, pop and coke" and that there was a soda-pop-coke war because of it. XD

Eh, it's a kid story that I wrote. :P It was about accepting people that are different from you, because deep down inside we're really all the same. XD One of the only storys I did that had a moral to it. :rofl:

Lol, i barely wrote anything when i was younger...still don't write much unless i have to for school.
I like the moral though, it's just corny enough to work.

For a kids story, it might be corny enough XD I like writing. lately... I've been writing a lot. I wrote down 6 stories in one day! Of course.. I get more ideas when I'm at work though :( When I can't write anything down. D:

You need to keep a little notepad with you at all times...that way you can sneak notes anywhere, lol.

Hehe, yeah I have them. I have all these ideas written down, it's just when I do have the time, i don't have the motivation to write. I want to do other things XD
