On average how much time do think you spend around media?
Media includes books, games, TV, DVD, Internet, Phone or cell phone, computers, and any printed articles that you did not write.

Even if you don't know the actual time just guess. This is just a fun way to see how much we depend on media.

My own time is about... 15-17 hours a day.

Don't feel bad if the number is pretty high, after all once you start looking you'll see a lot of what you do is media involved, now just try picturing the world without it.

I spend the majority of my time at the computer, reading and watching tv. Probably about same amount of time as you, 15-17 hours.

Hmm, I spend a lot of time with computers, books, and internet, but I would say 12-15 hours a day. Of course, this is a little skewed since I'm a college student so I have to spend a lot of time around books.

I would have to say all the time Im awake, well, for 99% of that time at least. Since when Im out and about, Ive always got at least one ear plugged with music. The only times Im not really near media, is when Im having a shower. That about sums it up for that. So I would say an average of 14-18hours a day(depending on how long Im awake)
